Sona Closes Second Tranche of Private Placement
Sona Resources Corp. is pleased to announce that, further to its news release of December 20, 2011, and December 30, 2011, it has closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of 60,000 units (the "Units") at an offering price of $0.60 per Unit, for gross proceeds of $36,000.
